The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, as stated herein.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins July 16 and ends on July 20th, 2016 at 11:59:59 pm PT (“the Sweepstakes Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
All entries must be made online by completing the survey. Completing the survey will automatically enter you in the Sweepstakes. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON .
4. ODDS
The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
5. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
On or about (July 21st), 2016, a winner will be chosen by Creative Strings by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via email. Each potential winner must respond to the Sponsor’s email notification within 1 week or will be disqualified, and his/her prize will be awarded to an alternate. In the event of any non-compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
All federal, state and local income taxes on the prizes and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Arrangements for delivery of prizes will be made after winner validation.
6. PRIZES AND THEIR VALUE
Retail Value of Yamaha YEV104/105 is $875-$935.
Prizes include the available manufacturer’s warranty. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of The Sponsor.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost or misdelivered prizes due to entrant’s inaccurate or improper address information. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, once received and in the possession of prizewinner. The Sponsor retains the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater retail value.
7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) electronic or digital transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, or misdirected; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures (including but not limited to failures or malfunctions of phone lines, telephone systems or other communications systems), destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions; (iv) damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer; (v) causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (vi) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (vii) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising related to the Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement/notification of prize winners; or (viii) cheating or fraud by any participant. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to infection by virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or if this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date of the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will select any remaining winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of termination.

9. RELEASE
All entrants and winners release, discharge, and hold harmless Creative Strings, its members, partners, subsidiaries, divisions, branches, affiliates, suppliers, assigns and agencies, including, without limitation, their respective officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability or claims for any and all legal claims, injury, loss, illness, litigation or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, use, misuse, non-use or possession of the prize.
