In this program, Christian Howes invites his eldest child Camille to perform alongside in this father-child duo. Camille may be a sophomore in high school at the time of this performance (now a second year in college at Oberlin), but Camille’s knowledge of improvisation, theory, and musicality allows for a duo performance with Chris that may rival many music school graduates. Feeding off the energy and virtuosity of Camille’s father, their playing compliments Christian in a way which can only be heard in person.
