Creative Strings Workshop Master Schedule  -  Youth Program

 

The 2011 program will be held at CCAD in Downtown, Columbus on June 21,22,23,24 in the afternoons from 1-4:45. The final concert will be held at the McConnell Arts Center in Worthington on June 25 at 12:30

Tues-Fri

Arrive and check in at the Schottenstein Building 3rd floor (CCAD campus)

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm Orchestra rehearsal w/ break

3:15 pm – 4:15 pm interactive workshop w Guest Artist tba

4:15 pm – 4:45 pm Observe Artist Performance

Take Your Improv Skills To The Next Level

As an additional offering this year, Youth participants are welcome to join us (Tues-Fri only) in the mornings to observe our adult masterclasses. Lunches can be brought or purchased at the cafeteria from 12:30-1:30.

If any students need to stay late they can eat with us in the Campus Center and stay until 6:30/ Please let us know if you need to make special arrangements and/or if you plan to bring your student early or leave them late.
